I’ve been interested in natural health almost all my life, and I’m constantly reading and learning more. I prefer a diet of whole and organic foods, and my approach to health and healing is a holistic one.
I hate exercise so I try to find fun ways to incorporate movement into my daily life. Favorite activities are going to the beach, swimming and boating, spending time with family, and just enjoying life. Reading a good book tops the list of my favorite things to do and I enjoy many different genres.
